Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer/Architect with experience in sales and proficiency in 3D rendering software (3ds Max, Photoshop, or other rendering tools). The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and strong communication skills to assist in both design work and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
Create detailed 3D models and renderings using 3ds Max, Photoshop, or equivalent software.
Participate in sales efforts, including meeting with clients and presenting design proposals.
Collaborate with the team on the development and execution of interior design projects.
Stay updated with design trends and techniques to ensure cutting-edge proposals.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience in sales within the design or architecture industry is preferred.
Proficiency in 3ds Max, Photoshop, or other 3D rendering software.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous interior design or architectural work.
Excellent communication skills and client management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
