Under the supervision of the Senior Protection Manager – Protection Monitoring Specialist, the enumerators will conduct satisfaction surveys, PDMs, Rapid Needs Assessments, Knowledge surveys related to IRC’s implemented projects in Lebanon under Protection, WPE and CP, in addition to tasks associated with data entry. The surveys will be over the phone, and/or in person, IRC will pro- vide the enumerator with a phone scenario, tablet or laptop for data registration and mobile phone.
It is expected that the enumerator conducts the survey in compliance with IRC policies and as per the schedule.
Deliverables
- Actively attend a training session with the Senior Protection Manager – Protection Monitoring Specialist to better understand the tools and trackers used for data collection.
- Complete data collection of the assessment
- Ensure high quality data collection and that assessments are conducted in a manner that respects all
- respondents.
- Handle and fill questionnaires through digital device (tablet or Smart phone)
- Discuss with the supervisor challenges faced during data collection.
- Keep a record of the number of surveys conducted on a tracker.
- Submit completed tasks on time and discuss with the supervisor highlights, notes, and cases daily.

Language Skills: Ability to communicate, read, and write clearly in Arabic and English.
Working Environment: Base Located in Beirut, the working environment will be a combination of office based field based.
