Accountant & Order Management Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant & Order Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all accounting activities and ensuring the smooth execution of orders with our delivery partners. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and resolve any discrepancies related to accounting or delivery operations.


Key Responsibilities:


• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoicing, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.

• Collaborate with the delivery company to track and manage all orders.

• Monitor order fulfillment and ensure there are no discrepancies, wrongdoings, or delays in the delivery process.

• Identify and address latency issues in collaboration with the delivery company to maintain efficient operations.

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data, including revenue and expenses related to order fulfillment.

• Review and process transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or irregularities related to accounting or order management.

• Support month-end and year-end close processes.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience in accounting and order management or a similar role.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
