The HVAC Maintenance engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This includes expertise in Chilled Water Cooling Systems, VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) Systems, and DX (Direct Expansion) Systems. The technician will ensure that all systems function correctly and efficiently, meeting all safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• maintain, and repair HVAC systems including Chilled Water Cooling Systems, VRV Systems, and DX Systems.

• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions in HVAC systems.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

• Provide technical support and guidance to facility staff as needed.

• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed.

• Respond promptly to emergency service calls.



Qualifications:

• Proven experience specializing in Chilled Water Cooling Systems, VRV Systems, and DX Systems.

• Relevant certifications and licenses in HVAC technology.

• Strong understanding of HVAC system operations and controls.

• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Physical ability to perform manual work, including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.



Work Environment:

The HVAC Maintenance engineer will primarily work within our facility, performing indoor and outdoor tasks, sometimes in adverse weather conditions. Flexibility to work after hours, night shifts, and on weekends as required
