We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager for our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) project. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of the new HRIS deployment in the EMME cluster (GCC countries, Middle East, Turkey and Egypt).
Key Responsibilities
- Project Support: Assist the project manager in managing the key steps of the HRIS project deployment from initiation to completion.
- Collaboration: Follow-up with the key members of the project, HR team, IT, and other key roles to gather requirements, address issues, and support in implementing solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Data Management: Assist in data migration, validation, and testing processes to ensure accurate and reliable HRIS functionality.
- Training Coordination: Help develop and deliver training materials for HR staff and end-users on HRIS features and best practices.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Problem-Solving: Identify potential project risks and challenges, proposing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in post-implementation reviews to assess project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related fields.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
