Job Description:
The company operates in the Gulf, Middle East, and West Africa, representing Italian manufacturers of machinery and packaging lines in the beverage and food sectors.
- This role involves extensive travel and intervention in various countries around the world.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on machinery operating at both 24v and 380v.
- Read and comprehend electrical diagrams to identify components, connections, and potential areas of concern.
- Interpret and understand DWG layouts to ensure accurate installation and alignment of equipment within the production facility.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on machinery to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic issues on large industrial machines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including machine operators, engineers, maintenance staff, and colleagues, to address and resolve issues promptly.
- Participate in quality control processes to guarantee that the product meets established standards.
- Maintain accurate records of troubleshooting activities, maintenance tasks, and any modifications made to the assembly line.
- Write comprehensive reports following every technical intervention.
- Share with the team all information or solution that can add up to the level of the group.
- Train and convey knowledge about operating our machinery to our customers’ technical staff.
- Travel extensively within West Africa to client sites.
- Provide clients with technical advice and support.
- Maintain strong communication and relationships with clients.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate effectively with the team and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:
- BS or TS degree in industrial data, industrial electronics, electromechanical, or automation.
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting 24v and 380v electrical systems on packaging assembly lines.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding electrical diagrams and DWG layouts.
- Primary knowledge in mechanical assembly.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical issues efficiently.
- Has a valid passport and is willing to travel per project’s needs.
- Proficient in both French and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
