Business Development Manager

We are looking to employ a persuasive business development manager to achieve sales growth through the services offered by our healthcare and Medical Education division.
Someone who has extensive experience in Sales with a Medical background in the Middle East Region with excellent communication skills, and well-built customer relationships.
Someone with a strong work ethic, outstanding customer service, ability to build rapport with clients and a proven track record of success in sales.

The Business Development’s responsibilities are to identify new potential customers as well as previously dealt with customers, to generate new business opportunities and to manage the sales & execution workflow process and to promote all related services with ability & flexibility to travel.
Reporting directly to the Regional Director to ensure that our company’s procedures and goals are met.

Responsibilities:
1. To promote the services of CCM Healthcare and Medical Education in the Middle East & Saudi Arabia
2. Identify, contact and qualify potential customers
3. Setting up meetings (Virtual and in person) with potential clients and present the company’s services.
4. Understand Clients’ needs and submit proposals
5. Generate business to attain Sales Forecast
6. Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
7. Provide regular reports on sales, travel, promotions, production, collection, activities and results to management.
8. Work closely with the person in charge of Client Service and oversee the progress of the jobs between alongside the Client Service who coordinates the process between Medical, Creative, Production…
9. Work closely with the accountancy for invoicing and collection

Requirements:
1. Experience in Sales and Medical Field
3. Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
4. Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
6. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
7. Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
8. Exceptional customer service skills.
9. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
10. Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
11. Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
12. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
13. Time management and organizational skills
14. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
15. Flexibility and adaptability to change and travel
16. A desire to learn and grow in the sales field
