The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, inventory control, and distribution of goods. The supervisor manages inventory accuracy, oversees loading and unloading processes, and maintains records to support logistics and supply chain functions. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential to ensure that all warehouse activities align with company standards and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and guide warehouse staff, providing training and performance feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with other departments for timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Optimize warehouse layout and improve storage solutions.


Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Operating Forklift is a plus
