Job Overview:

As a Market Analyst, you will play a critical role in leveraging data analysis to uncover market trends, assess opportunities, and generate actionable insights that inform business strategy. You will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into comprehensive market intelligence reports, summaries, and presentations, tailored to meet business needs and the specific interests of our stakeholders. Your work will directly support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning across the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed market intelligence reports and summaries that provide actionable insights into sector-specific and country-specific trends, ensuring clarity and relevance for business decisions.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to transform complex datasets into insightful reports that guide strategic decision-making and align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with key internal stakeholders to gather feedback, align market analysis with business needs, and present findings that facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Tailor market data analysis to meet specific needs across business units, designing customized reports and presentations that ensure insights are actionable and aligned with ongoing projects and strategic goals.
  • Leverage statistical modeling and advanced analytical techniques to identify emerging trends and anticipate potential market shifts, supporting proactive strategies.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to keep the organization informed about potential opportunities and threats.
  • Conduct sector mapping to assess market entry opportunities and competitive positioning, enhancing the company’s expansion and market strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate market insights into strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and project execution, ensuring a data-driven approach to business growth.
  • Adapt analysis and reporting as needed to address emerging organizational priorities and dynamic market conditions.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree in Data Analysis or Data Management is a plus.
  • Five years of proven experience in market analysis, research, or a similar role, preferably within the engineering or consulting industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in preparing reports and presentations for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
