Job Overview:

As the Senior Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end deployment and implementation of Enterprise Solutions. This strategic role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of each project phase, maintaining focus on quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning through to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Coordinate with internal teams, Customer stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and clear communication.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and change management to drive user adoption and alignment with project goals.
• Provide regular progress reports, deliver presentations, and maintain strong relationships with the Customer leadership.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory compliance in all project phases.

Essential Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 7-10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record in Enterprise Solutions implementations.
3. Strong experience managing large-scale projects, preferably within the education sector or with complex enterprise Solutions.
4. Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred.
5. Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or equivalent platforms.
6. Deep understanding of ERP, HCM and other enterprise solutions.
