Our client in Lebanon is recruiting an Elevators Technical sales support engineer;
Job description:
- Develops and creates customer relationships in the area of responsibility
- Creates and communicates leads and sales opportunities for entire company's sales team (e.g. cross-selling)
- Ensures customer satisfaction and solving complaints with the rest of the company's team
- Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets
- Accountable for finding customer needs and that the company's solution matches with the needs and providing pricing solutions
- Responsible for gathering relevant information about market and competitors Maintains full information of opportunities, tasks and visits
Qualifications:
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, elevator design and installation principles.
- Relevant work experience in sales engineering and technical sales.
- Experience in the elevator industry (Understanding of the elevators’ systems, components, and technologies, including their features and limitations).
- Familiarity with design and engineering software ( CAD programs and Microsoft Office)
