Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Network Engineer to join its collaboration team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructures, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor network performance and optimize network resources.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and trends.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network systems with other infrastructure components.
- Develop and maintain network documentation and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience working as a Network Engineer.
- Strong understanding of Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX).
- Experience with VoIP protocols.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Perl).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with other Cisco Collaboration technologies (CUCM, UCCE).
