Follow up the weekly production plan received from the production manager and make sure to fully execute the plan.
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities and processes to meet production targets and deadlines, and ensure all resources (human, raw materials, etc.) are fully utilized.
- Organize workflows by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of production lines prior to production
- Ensure the implementation of the SOPs by all the team
- Submit daily reports on performance, progress and waste to the Production Manager
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of the production plan as per KPI’s
- Monitor whole production process periodically
- Check production output according to specification
- Make sure that the raw material/Semi finished products at the input of the machine are conform to the standards
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions to improve production processes
- Ensure effective receipt of raw and packaging material
- Assist in the end of month inventory
- Order and ensure effective receipt of raw and packing materials
- Ensure the manpower needed for the production launch
- Attend weekly production meetings
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance, engineering, and quality, to resolve production issues and optimize processes
- Identify problems and give suggestion for improvement

• Bachelor degree in Electronics &/or Mechanics, Food Science & Technology, Biology or any related field
