Summary of responsibilities:
The POS & Inventory Control Officer is responsible for all reference and price changes in addition to all items transfers whether from season to season or transfers to outlets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
POS System Management:
- Assist in the implementation of pricing updates, promotions, and operations tests to the POS and related systems.
- Assist in testing and implementing upgrades to the POS and related systems.
- Manage the process changes related to the Department and keep the processes updated at all times.
- Provide daily operational support to stores and warehouses related to POS and related systems.
- Ensure proper implementation of items references changes.
- Ensure proper and accurate transfer of items from season to season.
- Ensure proper transfer of items to outlet stores.
- Ensure proper printing of labels.
- Adjust Ecommerce invoices when required (exchange, cancellation…)
- Assist in overseeing reconciliation of reward cards points balance with CRM.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or MIS
- 1-2 year experience directly related to the job summary
