Cash Van (North area)

Ensure daily Customer visits as per set call cycle on-time in-full (OTIF)
- Maintain FEFO at the client shelves and stock
- Ensure stand replenishment from customer stock
- Run inventory and propose order to buyer accordingly
- Ensure the availability of the Must Stock List (MSL) once available
- Communicate offers and special promotions to up-sell the needed quantities, maximize the sales order achieve and exceed sales target when possible;
- Confirm the order and collect the invoices and embed the data on the handheld
- Ensure that his daily action is in line with the recommended strike rate & drop size
- Approach Newly Opened customers and recruit them
- Report passive accounts to the Supervisor to take the right decision
- Submit, on daily basis, all transactions (invoices & collections) to Sales Supervisor for approval and synchronize the handheld for supervisor control and follow up
- Reschedule unvisited customers within the same working week, on Saturdays, to ensure customer satisfaction and products availability
- Introduce new line items to expand the distribution panel as per Sales Fundamentals Guidelines
- Reach and exceed monthly targets ensuring Must Stock List (MSL) availability
- Ensure that previously introduced items are available to reserve market/shelf share by maintaining proper stocks for the next visit
- Expand the distribution panel, based on Department Head guidelines, to meet the company strategic sales objectives


Priority for candidates living in the North area & have previous experience in the Sales.

Must have Public Driving License 3.5 Ton
