1- Visual Concept Development:

> Develop visual concepts for branding, advertising, and marketing materials.
> Collaborate with the creative team to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
> Present visual ideas to the Creative Director and clients.

2- Team Supervision:

> Lead and mentor the design team (Designers, Photographers).
> Provide feedback and guidance on design work.
> Ensure the team adheres to project timelines and quality standards.

3- Design Execution:

> Develop, refine, and oversee visual concepts of design assets, including brand identities, print material, websites, social media material, and ads.
> Ensure designs are visually appealing and meet client specifications.
> Hands-On Design, actively participate in designing major projects such as branding initiatives, print materials, and occasionally motion graphics,
ensuring high-quality output.
> Review and approve design work before final delivery.

4- Client Collaboration:

> Communicate with clients to understand their visual needs and preferences.
> Incorporate client feedback into design revisions.
> Ensure client satisfaction with final visual outputs.

5- Quality Control:

> Maintain high standards of design quality and consistency.
