We're hiring a skilled motivated Account Executive -Collection Officer to join our team! If you have excellent communication skills, a minimum of 4 years administrative experience in collection and customer services we'd love to hear from you.
Requiremnets:
-BA in business or related field.
-Minimum 4 years experience in Customer Service & Collection
-Excellent in Excel is a must
-Motivated & Team player
-Strong personality
-Manage portfolio and upsell
-Solid background in Customer Service
-Negotiate contract terms with Clients
-Prepare Contracts & Proposals
-Detailed oriented, Pay attention to details and excellent in follow up
Experience in banking is a plus!
Location: Sinelfil-Monday to Friday from 8:00AM till 5:00PM
