We are looking for an experienced Career Counselor to join our remote team. As a Career Counselor, you'll research diverse professional fields to guide clients through their career journeys. You will engage deeply with clients to understand their experiences and develop tailored plans to advance their careers while offering ongoing support. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment practices, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping others succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Research various professional fields to create informative briefs for internal teams.
- Conduct in-depth onboarding sessions to fully understand clients' professional backgrounds.
- Identify suitable job titles and roles based on clients' experience and career goals.
- Strategize the structure and content of CVs to align with target roles.
- Plan and develop interview training programs tailored to individual clients.
- Interview industry recruiters to gain insights into specific fields and roles.
- Plan daily job application schedules for clients across various platforms.
- Analyze application statuses of clients and develop new strategies to improve outcomes.
- Address and resolve client objections, transforming concerns into positive outcomes.
- Conduct meetings with clients facing challenges to refine strategies and provide support.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, building trust and long-term engagement.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year experience in a recruiting or career-related role.
- Expertise in career counseling and coaching.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Exceptional customer service and client management skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, with the ability to switch seamlessly between both.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly extroverted with strong interpersonal skills.
- Quick thinker with the ability to respond promptly and accurately.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
