• Install and commission new equipment.
• Attend breakdowns, identify fault and problem solve, with minimal downtime to production.
• Carry out diagnosis of faults, the maintenance and repairs to all types of plant and equipment in a safe, timely and professional manner and return equipment to operational service.
• Creative to find solutions on site.
• Manage foreign technicians on client sites.
• Estimate length of time required to complete a job and likely consequences of failure to complete work within required timescales.
• Identify and escalate any activity that has the potential to cause harm or damage.
• Solve breakdown root causes, equipment faults and report to management.
• Ensure all work is undertaken to a high-quality standard and adheres to all quality standard regulations.
• Ensure company targets are met in respect of project’s target, timeline and quality standards.
• Identify spares requirements and log usage.
• Assist in the development of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules.
• Provide after sales support from the company office and on site.
• Support clients on site.
• Participate in developing new solutions for new projects.

Skills

·       Ability to handle mechanical and electrical tasks.

·       Ability to travel abroad on missions to install new projects, trouble shoot and diagnose existing machines.

·       Ability to program PLCs is a plus.

·       AutoCAD ability is a plus.

·       Proficient in English and Arabic. French is a plus.
