Responsibilities and duties:

Provide technical analysis in the international markets to clients

Stay up to date with daily released news related to Royal’s trading products

Monitor client account margin and liquidation levels and inform clients accordingly

Record client complaints and resolving them personally if necessary

Execute the settlement/delivery process on all CFD instruments

Report on unusual events or incidents to the Head of Dealing Room

Communicate client information or major market movements to dealers on other shifts

Constantly monitoring that price feeds are up and running always

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Economics

Good GPA level

Master’s degree or certificates are a plus

Fresh Graduate – up to 2 years of experience in the financial sector
