Customer Service Agent

The Customer Service Agent is responsible for handling customer requests efficiently, supervising the floats and the responding to the change request of cashiers, and overseeing the loyalty related transactions related to the customers customers for our HAZMIEH location.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve issues
- Maintain standards of customer service that meets their requirements
- Ensure customer needs are met by designated team
- Handle customer complaints with consideration and escalate unsolved issues to the concerned parties
- Manage large amount of incoming calls and assist customers in any inquiry when needed
- Assist in collecting customers’ feedback
- Manage the stock of the loyalty cards and update the CRM department on a monthly basis
- Activate gift cards on the CRM system, follow up on special requests and delivery to customers
- Manage the loyalty gifts stock and send weekly updates to the loyalty department
- Inform customers on promotions and special events
- Perform monthly documentation and ensure accurate compilation of customer data
- Maintain sufficient amounts of change in Customer Service Desk Safe and ensure float(s) is correct
- Handle all redemption related tasks according to established procedures
- Follow up on all lost and found items as per established procedure
- Deal with refunds efficiently and effectively raise any concern to the related Manager
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tables and utensils and safe working environment by adhering to the company policies and procedures and report malfunctions to Superior


Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in a related field
