BIM Architect

HOD Beirut - Lebanon - Beirut
• Develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows for architectural projects.
• Collaborate with design teams to create and manage BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create architectural models using BIM software (e.g., Revit) and ensure accuracy and completeness of design information.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts to enhance coordination and
minimize errors.
• Generate architectural construction documents and support the creation of as-built documentation.

Skills Required:
• Min 5 years of experience preferably with F&B projects
• Proficient in BIM software, such as Revit, with expertise in architectural modeling and
detailing.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with multidisciplinary
teams.
• Ability to analyze complex design requirements and provide innovative BIM solutions
