Role: Sales Supervisor
Ghalico Group a leading distributor of FMCG food and beverage products, is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support the sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for the sales team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
