Title: Sales Operation officer
Department: Export Department
Reports To: Export Manager/Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and process export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, Proforma invoices, certificates of origin, and all related Export Documents.
Ensure all documentation complies with international trade regulations.
· Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and customs agents to ensure timely shipment of goods.
Track shipments and resolve any logistical or transportation issues.
· Serve as a point of contact for international customers regarding shipping schedules, delivery timelines, and order inquiries.
Address and resolve any customer complaints related to exports.
· Collaborate with Factory teams to ensure product availability for export and coordination for deliveries and loading.
· Maintain records of export transactions for audits and internal reviews.
Generate reports on export performance and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, , Logistics, or related field.
Proficiency in, MS Office,
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
