General Sales Manager

Liban Lait is the name of the largest dairy farm in Lebanon, founded in 1997. Liban Lait produces and distributes dairy products in Lebanon. It has a franchise agreement with Candia, the leading producers of UHT milk in France, allowing it to manufacture and distribute products under the Candia brand name.
Liban Lait is seeking a General Sales manager. This role will be responsible for increasing the revenue and growing the total margin.
The General Sales Manager role will directly manage the sales team, introduce new products in line with the global commercial strategy, manage nominated key accounts, drive demand for LibanLait/ candia products as well as implementing sales process best practices.
The position will work collaboratively with marketing, Finance, and production to deliver financial results.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
2.Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
3.Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.
4.Foster strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth and maintain customer satisfaction.
5.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
6.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
7.Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights to senior management.


Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required.
2.Must be highly analytical and technically astute in relation to systems and sales procedures.
3.Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding targets in the FMCG sector.
4.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Positive outlook, professional demeanor, with a strong work ethic, which includes attendance, organization, accuracy, diligence, good judgement, and discretion.
5.Demonstrates strong commitment to organizational goals and acts in the best interest of the company.
