Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Floor Team Leader at Fig Holding in Beirut. The Floor Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and motivating the team, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing efficiency in the dining area.
Qualifications
- Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
- Customer Service and Quality Management experience
- Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations
- Experience in the culinary industry or hospitality sector
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Armenian is a plus
- Relevant certification or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
