Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our finance operations. Key Responsibilities
• Financial Management:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and receivables.
o Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are promptly addressed.
• Reporting and Analysis:
o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
o Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
o Provide insights and recommendations for cost optimization and revenue growth.
• Compliance and Auditing:
o Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
o Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
• Process Improvement:
o Develop and implement efficient accounting practices and procedures.
o Leverage financial systems for enhanced reporting and data management.
• Other Duties:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
o Perform ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as required.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience.
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or other ERP systems) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
