Position: Customer Support Representative
Location:(Remote)
Salary: 600 to 800$ per month (Based on experience)
Requirements:
•Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
•CCXP certification (Certified Customer Experience Professional) is mandatory. (If you don’t have it, you must be willing to pursue it.)
•Excellent communication skills in English
•Strong problem-solving abilities
•Proficiency with CRM software and other customer support tools.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
