Account Executive - PM Shift

As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility is to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of requests according to their expectations. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and maximizing revenue opportunities from them.

Work Schedule:

Tuesday to Saturday OR Sunday to Thursday, from 3 PM to 12 AM

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Engage with clients to better understand their needs and expectations.
  • Identify clients who started new projects and support them with their linguistic requirements.
  • Maximize revenue opportunities with current clients.
  • Handle client inquiries and solicitations.
  • Collaborate with planning and coordination teams to establish deadlines.
  • Prepare and validate quotations with clients.
  • Communicate client instructions and preferences to the execution team.
  • Follow up with the execution team to ensure all client instructions and preferences are implemented accurately.
  • Deliver documents to clients on time.
  • Re-establish connections with inactive clients to revive relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-quality linguistic services.
  • Represent SURV professionally, serving as the bridge between your company and the clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience managing client relationships remotely.
  • Proficiency in conducting online calls via Zoom, Teams, or phone.
  • Customer-focused, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
