Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential clients through research and outreach in the targeted market.
• Work on generating leads and closing deals.
• Preparing and sending quotations & proposals.
• Answering customers’ concerns & queries.
• Conduct negotiation of sale agreements.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
• Weekly reports & internal meetings with the management.
• Assist with sales reports, CRM updates, and administrative tasks.

 What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field .
• A self-starter with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills.
• 2-3 years of experience in facility management is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
• Owning a personal car.
