Agent Network Representative
The Agent Network Representative is responsible for achieving the growth of MOL agent network within an assigned geographical area across Lebanon by effectively promoting the company's services and supplying agents with necessary merchandising materials. He will participate in developing networks through establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships with MOL current and potential agents.
Duties:
1. Establish and assist in developing and maintaining business relationships with current and potential agents in the assigned area serving to generate new businesses.
• Analyze the assigned geographical area and determine key locations
• Research sources for developing future agents and determine their potential
• Promote, sell, and secure MOL services for existing and prospective agents through a relationship-based approach
2. Provide frontline support to MOL agents, assess their needs and provide timely information or assistance.
• Support MOL agents in the assigned area of operations through telephone calls and in-person visits.
• Assist new agents in the process of obtaining MOL services by advising on legal documents, related procedures, system usage, and marketing display
• Ensure periodic visits to existing agents and distribute needed materials and promotional items
3. Gather and report information regarding existing/potential agents to the Agent Network unit and participate in assessing agent network performance
• Report and inform Agent Network Officers on requests received from clients regarding opening new MOL locations; submit their related data and information
• Perform the necessary audit and assessment on MOL agents to ensure proper implementation of policies and procedures
• Supply Head of Department and Supervisor with oral and written reports on MOL agent
• Participate in surveys related to MOL Agent Network information (questionnaires, different checklists, and reports)
4. Stay up-to-date on MOL services, market conditions and competitive activities
5. Check agents’ service delivery and their knowledge of MOL services; deliver them refresher training where needed. Communicate with the Learning & Development Unit on identified agents’ gaps and lack of knowledge while delivering the service.

Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or any related field
2. Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in outdoor sales of products/services. Supply chain experience is a plus
3. Languages: Advanced in Arabic, Basic in English written and spoken
4. Computer Skills: Advanced knowledge in Ms. Office especially in Excel
5. Physical Demands: The job operates frequently outside MOL Head-Office and requires driving company’s car and carrying low weights (transporting, placing, and taking out documents, tools, and small products)
