Job Title: Administrative Officer (Full-time)
Location: Beirut – Airport Road
A healthcare company that provides medical products and services, is currently looking for a full-time administrative officer.
1. Job Summary:
The administrative officer will be responsible for overseeing and supporting day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the medical care facility. This role includes managing office procedures, coordinating with medical staff, and maintaining records.
2. Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and coordinate daily office activities.
-Assist healthcare professionals with administrative needs, including report preparation and surgeries coordination.
-Act closely with suppliers.
-Communicate with Hospitals and OR Team.
3. Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
4. Required Skills:
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
-Detail oriented.
-Abel to work under pressure.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
