Sales Account Manager - Microsoft Products

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to oversee and expand our portfolio of Microsoft products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring seamless delivery of Microsoft solutions. This role requires deep knowledge of Microsoft products, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


Account Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Microsoft product-related inquiries.


Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Microsoft solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales quotas.


Client Engagement and Strategy:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate Microsoft solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored proposals.


Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Provide feedback to Microsoft on product improvements based on client needs.


Market Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on Microsoft product releases, licensing models, and market trends.
  • Train clients and internal teams on the latest Microsoft technologies.


Performance Monitoring:

  • Track client account metrics, including product usage and satisfaction levels.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on account performance and sales progress.


Proposal and Contract Management:

  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and client needs.
  • Draft detailed proposals for licensing and service agreements.


Issue Resolution:

  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly to maintain strong relationships and trust.


Qualifications and Skills:


Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).


Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, with a focus on Microsoft products.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.


Technical Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products (Office 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, etc.) and licensing models.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and IT infrastructure.


Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
