Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Identify market opportunities and design plans to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals.
- Set clear performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Act as a primary point of contact for major accounts and negotiate high-value contracts.
- Market Analysis:

Qualifications and Skills- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
