SVA Agency is a remote administrative support company located in Bchamoun that provides effective support to help businesses save time, increase productivity, and focus on their core competencies. Our services include admin tasks and social media assistance.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site paid internship role at our offic location in Bchamoun. As an intern at SVA Agency, you will assist with a variety of administrative, social media and data entry tasks. You will work closely with our team and get weekly training on new software and platforms we use in our daily operations.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Communications, accounting, marketing or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluency in english)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and time manage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Experience with social media management is a plus
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Experience you will gain at SVA:

• Email Etiquette training.
• Learning about software like Mailchimp, Wordpress, Kajabi, Teachable, Shopify, and much more.
• Take a virtual assistant course.
• Advanced Excel training.
• Basic video editing training on Capcut.
• Canva training.
• Learning time management and organizational tools.

The position is located in our office at Bchamoun, Craydleh Street.

Working days: Mondays to Fridays 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

The internship is full-time, salary covers transportation, and scheduled to begin as soon as possible. Possibility for full-time employment after the internship period of 2-3 months depending on performance.
