Role Summary

The Head of People Experience is a key member of the Senior Management Team, working in close partnership with TFL’s leadership to design and execute a people-centered strategy that enables collaboration, growth, and operational excellence.

This role combines deep expertise in HR operations, compliance, and Lebanese labour law with a focus on talent development, culture-building, and shared leadership. By reshaping the TFL people journey—from talent acquisition, talent development, promotion, and retention—you will foster a positive, high-performing work environment. Additionally, this role emphasizes embedding a culture that embraces change management principles, ensuring every team member thrives, contributes meaningfully, and is aligned with TFL’s vision.
