Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, entry-level Customer Service Representative to support our freight forwarding operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding shipping, logistics, and freight forwarding services.

- Manage customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.

- Previous internship or part-time experience in logistics or customer service.
- Basic knowledge of freight forwarding processes and terminology.
