MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES
• Complete graphic & advertising projects by coordinating with external agencies, art services, printers,
photographers, web developers etc.
• Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic
design concepts.
• Graphic design input is required for a huge variety of products and activities, including website updates,
packaging, corporate identity, advertising, etc.
• Estimate the time the project will require and provide a cost quotation.
• Come up with design concepts that fit the company's needs.
• Create final designs, work to a deadline and budget.
• Proofread and prepare designs to be sent to print.
• Windows Design with Collaboration with the Visual Merchandizing Manager.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and content strategies to enhance brand visibility and
engage target audiences across various platforms.
• Create, edit, and manage a diverse range of content, including blog posts, social media posts,
marketing materials, newsletters, and website content.
• Collaborate with design and advertising teams to produce cohesive visual and written content that aligns
with marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive analysis, translating
insights into actionable strategies.
• Manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to marketing deadlines.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and content to inform future strategies
and optimize effectiveness.
• Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and other collaborators to enhance content development
and marketing efforts.
• Ensure all content adheres to branding guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and tone
• Optimize website content for SEO to enhance organic search visibility and traffic.
• Oversee social media management, crafting posts, and engagement strategies to grow the online
community.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company’s marketing
efforts innovative and effective.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience in content creation and marketing management
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite)
• Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO and social media marketing
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team
