Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar position in an online retail environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficient in online merchandising techniques and e-commerce platforms
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions
- Familiarity with inventory management and logistical processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operation of the online store, including inventory management, customer service, and order fulfillment
- Develop strategies to increase online sales and customer retention
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement necessary improvements
