Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves supporting customers through calls, messages, and emails, maintaining records in our CRM system, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

-Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, or support needs.
-Respond to messages and emails, providing timely and accurate information.
-Use the company’s CRM system to log interactions, update customer records, and track issues.
-Contact potential or existing customers to provide updates, follow-ups, or gather feedback.
-Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
-Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a professional and empathetic approach.
-Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer information securely.

Qualifications:

-Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken and written).
-Must possess a bachelor's degree in business.
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
