Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for an Assistant/Associate Professor in Management and/or Entrepreneurship at Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) in Jounieh. The role involves teaching, conducting research, mentoring students, and contributing to the academic community through scholarly activities and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Research in Management and/or Entrepreneurship expertise
- PhD in a relevant field
- Experience in teaching at the university level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage in interdisciplinary collaborations
- Publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience in grant writing and research funding
- Knowledge of current trends in research management
- Experience in industry or startups is a plus
