We’re Hiring a Reservation Manager for a Startup Restaurant!

Are you organized, customer-focused, and ready to take on a leadership role? Join our team as a Reservation Manager and play a key role in our guests’ experiences!
What We’re Looking For:
• Fluency in English, French, and Arabic.
• At least 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Professional and well-groomed appearance.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage bookings and oversee seating arrangements with efficiency.
• Communicate with guests to confirm reservations and accommodate special requests.
• Coordinate with the Outlet Manager for group bookings and events.
• Handle phone reservations promptly and professionally.
