Job Summary:
Sleep Comfort is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the in-store shopping experience and drive sales through effective product displays and store layouts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, consumer behavior, and brand identity to create engaging retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Store Display & Layout: Design and implement attractive visual displays that align with Sleep Comfort’s branding and marketing strategies.
Product Presentation: Ensure that furniture, mattresses, and accessories are displayed in a way that highlights their features and maximizes sales opportunities.
Seasonal & Promotional Campaigns: Develop and execute seasonal themes, promotional displays, and special event setups to drive customer engagement.
Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment at all times.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure product placement aligns with business goals.
Customer Experience: Enhance customer interaction with the showroom through strategic product placements and storytelling techniques.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor displays to propose innovative merchandising ideas.
Inventory Coordination: Assist in stock rotation and ensure that featured products are well-stocked and easily accessible.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the furniture or home décor industry.
Education: Degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of color, space, and design principles
Knowledge of retail trends and consumer behavior
Ability to use design tools and software (Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, or similar) is a plus
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Physical Requirements: Ability to move furniture and adjust displays as needed.
