Assistant Store Manager - ZIPPY kidswear - ABC Dbayeh

- Trains store staff by reviewing and revising orientation to products and sales training materials; reviewing staff job results and learning needs with the Store manager.
- Developing and implementing new service training and delivering training sessions.
- Ensure that sales representatives provide exceptional customer service through answering questions and assisting with product selection, purchases, and returns as well as handling any disputes.
- Process sales when necessary.
- Producing merchandise displays in windows and showcases, and on sales floor.
- Attracts customers by originating display ideas; following display schedules; constructing or assembling prefabricated display properties.
- Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and properly merchandised.
- Responsible for making sure that all store policies, procedures, and controls are followed.
- Coordinate and oversee the planning, organizing, and delegating of work among staff.
- Maintains inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels; anticipating customer demand.
- Conduct regular audits of the store’s physical and practical condition to ensure quality.
- Ability to complete daily banking.
- Troubleshoots daily close out and shift sales analysis.
- Prepares sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information; identifying and investigating customer complaints and service suggestions.
- Evaluates competition by visiting competing stores; gathering information such as style, quality, and prices of competitive merchandise.
- Assist the Store Manager with shift coverage in the event there are no other employees available to work.
- Ability to substitute for the Store Manager when he/she is unavailable and to be the store key holder when needed.
- Take and resolve customers’ complaints in a proactive manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned
