Group Sales Manager

As a Group Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for consistently exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. You'll proactively develop leisure, corporate and banquet business through strategic planning and execution. This involves building strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and participating in industry events. You'll ensure seamless event execution by collaborating with the Catering & Conference Service Department, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. You'll also prepare comprehensive sales reports and balance operational, administrative, and team needs, while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications:

We're looking for a dynamic individual with prior hotel experience, ideally in sales, and established corporate contacts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar applications is essential. A degree in a related field is preferred. You must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and be highly reliable and accountable. You should be able to prioritize guest needs and maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times.
