Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and teams. • Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring documents are archived properly. • Prepare detailed reports, memos, and correspondence for internal use. • Coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings and managing travel logistics for executives. • Arrange and coordinate company events, internal meetings, and conferences. • Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure compliance with company policies. • Assist with project coordination, research, and special administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: • Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role, with strong organizational skills. • Expertise in document management and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. • A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
