Main tasks:
1- Conducts self in an appropriate manner as a representative of Space Concepts Engineering Consultancy, works effectively in a diverse work environment,
2- Prepares project brief, conceptual design of various types of projects and work with other team members to prepare the architectural construction drawings and documents,
3- Performs design and construction management skills during the project’s life cycle,
4- Prepares technical reports, progress reports, special studies and cost estimates for the projects,
5- Participates equitably in the development and implementation of the Division/project goals and objectives. Strives to achieve the goals of the organization for diversity and disadvantaged business enterprises participation,
6- Prepares and makes presentations to various groups, governmental and private organizations and interest groups, as required,
7- Coordinates architectural design efforts with civil and MEP design and systems,
8- Prepares tender analysis report and negotiate with contractors.
9. Technical abilities: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Outlook, REVIT
