Training Coordinator

Location: Office in Aintoura, Keserwan.

Work schedules: Full-time Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Responsibilities:
• Screen and interview potential candidates for the training program.
• Coordinate and implement the training program for persons with disabilities and/or financial challenges following ProAbled Academy curriculums.
• Coordinate with expert trainers in each field for providing training sessions.
• Coordinate training logistics.
• Conduct evaluation reports.
• Coordinate with candidates and provide motivation and follow-up during the training.

Job Qualifications:
• Academic background in social work is preferable.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a training coordinator or similar role.
• Experience in working with persons with disabilities or people with financial challenges is a plus.
• Experience in NGOs is a plus.
• Good in written and spoken English and Arabic.
