We’re looking for a talented Accounts Receivable Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and take charge of reconciling key client accounts.
In this role, you’ll not only ensure accuracy in our receivables but also play a critical part in improving cash flow and building strong relationships with our clients. You’ll analyze aged accounts, resolve discrepancies, and provide insights that support business decisions at the highest level.
What You’ll Do
• Reconcile and maintain major client accounts with precision
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve billing or payment issues
• Monitor aged receivables and recommend collection strategies
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track AR performance and risks
• Work closely with Sales and Finance teams to solve client disputes
• Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies
What We’re Looking For
• Degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s a plus)
• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, financial analysis, client reconciliation, formula & spreadsheets.
• Proficiency in English.
• Advanced Excel and strong ERP systems skills
• Analytical mindset with great attention to detail
• Strong communicator who can build relationships with clients and colleagues
