Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Working Schedule: PM SHIFT from 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Job Location: Jdeideh - Lebanon (On-Site)

Job Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Computing, Marketing, Human Resources, IT
•⁠ ⁠2+ years experience in a relevant field
•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•⁠ ⁠⁠Attention to detail
•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of collected information
•⁠ ⁠Follow-up on cases on a daily basis and contact customers via email as well as update the CRM database accordingly
•⁠ ⁠Manage data and enter record information as needed
•⁠ ⁠Schedule and plan appointments
•⁠ ⁠Maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues built on transparency
